Our vision is for every child to have access to an exceptional education.

Rather than write about ourselves, we invited a team from outside of our company and the field of education to observe our work and report their findings.
Like so many others they had reservations about virtual learning, teachers on the screen, student engagement and our adherence to the mission we hold dear.
To ensure that every student in America gets access to a high-quality education.

Here’s their assessment after working closely with us for six months:

“Most of the team at Fullmind are certified teachers and former administrators. If you include supporting staff, family members and close friends there are enough qualified and experienced educators to staff an entire district.

Many of them left education for the same reasons that teachers all over America decide to pursue another path. They saw problems with the system, they didn’t feel empowered to help students and they struggled to support their families with a career in teaching.

Rather than get discouraged, the awareness of these problems fueled them to address these issues head on. In my experience no organization has collectively demonstrated the deepest degree of empathy and understanding for the students, teachers and administrators that reach out for help.

From joint classrooms across multiple rural communities, to homebound support for the students that need it most, the team at Fullmind has consistently sought to help as a first priority. Late night discussions about specific schools, redeye flights for meetings with state administrators and ongoing conversations with teachers and principals happen with a frequency that is impossible to replicate.

No one at Fullmind is above the mission and the service to the schools in need of support. Not surprisingly this team has the most qualified people in education. From the former VP of Recruitment at Teach for America who finds all the amazing teachers no one else can reach to the Award winning podcast host and Chief Operating Officer who delivers exceptional experiences to hundreds of classrooms, there is a dedication to serving the schools, teams and students.

None of this was surprising, it’s what Fullmind promised and it’s what they deliver every day. To quote one of many district leaders that offered praise, “Fullmind is not offering just a service or a product. They are an extension of our schools, a partner to our team and an opportunity for our students.”

Yours truly,

Shri Ganeshram

A Decade of Transforming Education

Fullmind (formerly iTutor) was founded a decade ago with the mission of assisting two New York schools in serving their most vulnerable students: homebound students with behavioral challenges and medically fragile children. With certified virtual teachers readily available, it became evident that Fullmind had the potential to address a much wider range of challenges faced by our school partners. Today, Fullmind operates in all 50 states and offers a diverse range of solutions, all of which have evolved through close collaboration with our school and district partners.
